Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard shipping is available across the United States. International shipping may be available upon request; additional fees and delivery times may apply.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Lotus Connect is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt at orders@lotusconnect.org.
- Condition of Goods
- Returns or exchanges must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Products that have been opened, damaged, or altered from their original condition will be not accepted for return.
- Return Authorization
- Customers must contact us at orders@lotusconnect.org for a return authorization number before sending back any goods. (Good without a return authorization will not be accepted.)
- Once a return is approved, Lotus Connect will provide instructions for shipping the items back.
- Shipping Cost on Returns
- Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Exclusions
- Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons. These will be clearly noted as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for orders that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Certain items, including custom bundles or special-order products, may not be eligible for refunds. Eligibility will be specified at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Lotus Connect at orders@lotusconnect.org with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include photos of any damaged or defective items, if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the items, if necessary.
Processing Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Lotus Connect made an error in fulfilling the order.
Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange for the correct or replacement product, please indicate this in your refund request.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
