How can I request a quote or place an order?

Where do you ship your products?
Lotus Connect ships products across the United States, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada. For time-sensitive or specialized deliveries, we offer a fleet of vans and expedited shipping services in select regions.

Do you offer educational supplies?
Yes — and much more. While we do provide a full range of educational supplies, including lab kits, art/craft kits, science investigation kits, our offerings extend far beyond materials. We support schools and organizations with comprehensive procurement services, customized curriculum resources, furniture, technology solutions, and specialized program support. If your team needs it to run, teach, or innovate, we can help you source it or build it.

Can you supply medical and healthcare products?
Absolutely. We provide hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities with a range of medical supplies including diagnostic tools, point-of-care dispensing solutions, incontinence products, laboratory materials, and facility essentials. As part of the Group Pricing Organization (GPO), we can offer specialized pricing – contact us to see how we can support you.

Are you a certified minority-owned business?
Yes, Lotus Connect is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). These certifications ensure we meet standards for diversity and inclusion in public and private sector procurement. Lotus Connect is also certified as a Federal 8a business development program and Small Business Enterprise (SBE).

Do you comply with government procurement regulations?
Yes. We work closely with government agencies and follow all relevant procurement compliance guidelines. 


Shipping & Returns Questions

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on product availability and shipping location. Standard shipping typically ranges from 3–10 business days, while expedited delivery is available in select regions via our van fleet. For local deliveries (within our specific range) we offer same-day 24hr delivery.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our team at orders@lotusconnect.org to initiate a return or exchange. For more details, see Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do you offer tracking for orders?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email or phone.
