• Conductometer is a total of 17.75″ (45cm) long with 3.75″ (9.5cm) long sample bars
• Bars are made of Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel and Iron
• Place wax in the end of each bar or place a temperature sensor on each bar and heat the center

Different metals conduct heat at different rates due to their atomic structure. With this demonstration students either clip temperature sensors to each metal bar, or place wax in the end of the bar to see which bar heats up the quickest when the center of the apparatus is held over and open flame. Bars are made of Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Stainless Steel, Iron. Size: 17.75″ long with 3.75″ sample bars.
